In case of any behaviour of violation against the provisions of the Terms and Conditions Of Sales, SIM1 Srl shall have the right to seek legal and fair remedies.

REFUND POLICY

SIM1 products are sold with 15 days money back guarantee. The return must be authorized by SIM1, which can be obtained by contacting us at info@sim-one.it
The returned product must be in perfect conditions and the refund will be made excluding the shipping charges. When the shipment cost is not separately specified at the purchasing time (i.e. free shipment) a fixed amount, for the order management and shipment, will be deducted. This cost depends on the shipping zone: EU= € 45,00 UK = £ 40.00 – North America = $ 65.00 South America= € 65.00 – Oceania, Asia, Africa = € 70,00). The shipment back must be at customer’s charge.

ORDERS

If you purchase a product through this Website, SIM1 Srl will ship it with Express Courier. We do not guarantee any shipping service and delivery time. We will, however, make every attempt to dispatch the product as soon as possible after you place your order. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of the product, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement or refund of the price paid.
We are shipping worldwide, however, if due to some reason we cannot deliver to your country, we’ll contact you and refund your order. We deliver to all types of customers.
Delivery times may vary depending on where you are in the world, but you can usually receive it within in 2 to 7 days from the time you place your order, as long as the ordered product is in stock. If SIM1 Srl cannot fulfil your order or if certain products from your order are not available until a later date, then you will be informed about your estimated delivery date.

PAYMENT TERMS & PRICING POLICY

Deliveries to EUROPEAN UNION will be always be charged with applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). All the prices are before tax prices and exclude the applicable Italian VAT (22%), which is added in the next steps of check out process. We will process your payment immediately when you insert your payment details in the purchase payment page. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
Orders with deliveries to Extra European Union Countries will not be charged with VAT. However, for extra European deliveries you are responsible for any tariffs, taxes, fees, import duties due upon receipt.
We only accept payment methods as indicated in the Checkout page at the time of purchase. You will find additional terms and conditions for PayPal payments at www.paypal.com (please note that SIM1 Srl is not responsible for the content of external websites).
SIM1 Srl cannot guarantee the security of data which you send us by email. Accordingly, please do not send us any payment information using email.
Unless we are fraudulent or negligent
SIM1 Srl will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of any unauthorized access to the personal and transaction information you provide us when ordering from our website..

WARRANTY

SIM1’s products have a warranty of two years. In case of any malfunction or production defects SIM1 Srl must authorize the shipment back to the company for the necessary maintenance under the warranty terms. After the authorization the Customer can ship the product at his own charge, while SIM1srl, in case of verified factory defect, will pay the shipment back to the Customer.

COMPLAINTS

If we have missed something and you receive faulty or damaged products, send us an email at info@sim-one.it.

TRANSPORT DAMAGES

Please check your items immediately after receiving them to make sure they haven’t been damaged or stolen during shipping. If they have, please send us an email at info@sim-one.it. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged, stolen and/or lost shipments.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SIM1 Srl is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including without limitation, loss of profits or revenues, loss of data, and/or loss of business, in connection with this Website or the use of the products sold in this Website

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Terms and Conditions of Sales shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Italian laws. By purchasing in this Website, you agree to use the Italian jurisdiction and the court located in Forlì (Italy) for any jurisdictional dispute resolution.
